Disabled access parking is available at the rear of the building and is accessed via Hall Street. If the rear car park is full, please continue along Hall Street for alternative parking.

Yes. All ultrasounds require a referral from your GP, midwife, specialist, or physiotherapist. You can upload your referral when booking online or bring it with you on the day of your appointment.
For abdominal ultrasounds, avoid food or drink (except water) for six hours before your scan. Other ultrasound types usually require no preparation.
Our clinical team reviews every referral and will confirm or adjust the scan type to ensure you’re booked for the correct examination.
Yes. Ultrasound imaging uses high-frequency sound waves — not radiation — and is considered safe for both mother and baby.
